These terms govern your use of Traceset, operated by [Traceset — your registered legal entity]. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Traceset is currently invite-only during early access. Don't share access with people outside your organisation except through the invite features provided.

Your content

You keep all rights to the files you upload. You grant us only the permissions needed to store, version and display your files to the people you share a project with, and to provide the service. You're responsible for having the right to upload what you upload, and for not uploading unlawful or infringing material.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service — no attempts to breach security, disrupt the platform, access other firms' data, or upload malware. We support the engineering file types listed in the uploader; other types are rejected.

Availability & changes

We work to keep Traceset available but provide it “as is” during early access, without warranties, and we may change or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited.

Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
